Daddy's visit

We had such a fantastic time with daddy while he was here. The visit was a little over a week long and was jam-packed with fun stuff. The kids and I really enjoyed our time with him and love to have him home! He is such a fun dad and a wonderful husband too! Here is a little summary of what we did while he was home...

We spent one morning at the Calgary Zoo. It was so much fun! Atticus liked seeing the all of the animals. But he really just loved having all the space to run around. He loves to be outside and the weather is finally warming up so we can spend time outside. It was a beautiful day!

We had a very long cuddle-nap with miss Avah-Lynn. That hasn't happened in many, many months! I LOVED it!

It was even warm enough to play out in the yard one day!

We had the twins' ears pierced! They did so good! And I haven't been asked if they're boys since then! lol

We made sure Avah-Lynn had her teddy bear with her.

Hadley was fine but Avah-Lynn was upset for a while.

 Daddy even took Atticus skating for the first time! I stayed home with the twins. Apparently he did really good and skated for a while on his own. Of course I requested pictures! He's so cute in his little helmet!

We were so sad to see him go. The visit was over way too fast. I'm glad we planned such a fun, stress-free time together even though there is so much chaos in our life at the moment. To have so little time together, it really makes a difference to make it quality time.
